Are all other functions of the App working for you? Are you able to access On Demand and the guide? What about "My Recordings" and "Scheduled"?
Are you able to access this directly through the DVR. ?
First thing I would suggest is powercycling the DVR. It may be that the DVR is not in 2 way communication with the network.
Are you having trouble access this on other devices/platforms?
