Series manager won't load.

When opening Spectrum app on android phone series manager won't load. Get message DCM-1014.

Good morning.

 

Are all other functions of the App working for you? Are you able to access On Demand and the guide? What about "My Recordings" and "Scheduled"? 

 

Are you able to access this directly through the DVR. ?

 

First thing I would suggest is powercycling the DVR. It may be that the DVR is not in 2 way communication with the network. 

 

Are you having trouble access this on other devices/platforms?

I am having the same problem, although my app also gives me an error message when I'm trying to schedule a recording. It may tell me that the channel is not available on my dvr or that the service is currently unavailable.
In your response you suggest a power cycle for the dvr. What is this?

It is only happening on my cell phone(android). Looks fine on my DVR. Tried deleting app and reloading it but still same problem.
