Kindle Fire 3rd Generation Spectrum TV App says currently unavailable

I have a 3rd generation Kindle Fire HD. When I try to get the spectrum app it says currently unavailable? DOes anybody know why this is not available to download? Thanks for any help.

The app is available on the Kindle Fire.  There was an issue with the Spectrum App that has been resolved.  Please try reinstalling again.  If the issue persists, please let us know.

I am getting the same response when I search the kendle app store for the spectrum tv app.  My wife is able to use the app on an older kindle fire.

Mine is working now. I contacted Amazon, and not sure what they did or if it was the both of them( Spectrum) working on it, but was able to download today
