Channel unavailable message

For a few days now I have been unable to schedule recordings using the spectrum tv app. When I attempt to schedule a recording, i get an error message saying that the channel is currently unavailable on the Dvr. The error code is DCM-1474.
I have already tried unplugging the Dvr and reinstalling the app.
Anyone else experiencing this or have any suggestions?

For at least the past few days, I've also been getting the same error. I've also tried multiple dvr resets and uninstalling and reinstalling the app
