faults and problems with the Spectrum TV app for Samsung Smart TV

The main problem I am having is having to log out and back in everytime I turn the Samsung Smart TV.  This leads to next problem of trying to get to the main menu: hit channel list, left arrow button, then wait and hope I react fast enough if/when it comes up. It would help if on the channel options there was a "back to main menu" option. The next problem is that I have a working wireless USB keyboard with touch pad, but it does not work with app which means using the remote to navigate the virtual keyboard. The final issue is that Spectrum has no way of sending them suggestions to improve their service. Customer support only tells me how to fix the problem (as described above) and the USB keypad/touchpad does not work with the app.

We apologize for any poor experience.  To provide direct feedback to the developers, you can access the app on a mobile device, and go to My Library > Settings > Feedback.
