Starting today, my spectrum app on is not recognizing that I am on home WiFi. All my other apps work. Also having same problem on roku. Again, all my other apps work just not spectrum. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling several times, rebooting the modem and resetting my TV
Same here starting today. When accessing the app, it takes a long time to load. I am then presented with the login screen but when I enter my credentials, I am presented with the error "We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again later." Same issue with the live tv website watch.spectrum.net
I logged an outage and called spectrum but their wait time is almost a hour.
