Spectrum TV app buffering

I have a Samsung Smart TV and the Spectrum app loaded. I use Spectrum wifi and have 100mbps speed. Amazon video and Netflix show perfectly but Spectrum keeps buffering and the quality of the picture is often poor. This makes viewing TV frustrating. Is there a fix for this? I have tried rebooting, resetting, standing on my head, etc.
