Impossible to set up or Upgrade Service.

Several days ago, I attempted to sign up for Spectrum Choice, I had 9/10 channels chosen when I had to run an errand.  Upon my return the page had timed out and said I would be redirected to the sign up page to restart my selection.  The problem is that this is the Address that it sent me to https://www.spectrum.com/?DPSLogout=true , and now everytime I try to add a service of any sort to my account it just takes me right back to that splash page asking for a street address, which loops right back to the same page as soon as you enter one.  I have tried repetedly over the past few days to sign up, but the website just will not allow it.  Any assistance would be appreciated, I am just curious as to why I was able to access a form to sign up, then 1 hour later unable to access any forms to sign up for anything, all packages and services send me right back to the above link.

I am sorry to hear you are having this problem. Definitely the webpage will time out 

if it is left mid order for a time. You may want to try and delete your cookies and temp 

files and give that another try. If you are still having problems the system may 

have promted an error because the order appeared to have been abandoned.

 

I would encourage you to phone in if you can not re-initiate that order.

i am experiencing the SAME problems!  Maybe I'm suspicious, but I feel like they put that TV Choice offer in my bill to get me to their site, hoping maybe I'll spring for one of their other, more expensive offers.  No thanks.    Poor price representation is why I dropped them a few months ago for TV services.    (Sigh...)

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble. 

 

Your session is timing out also? We do have a time limit on this much like

other websites where orders are taken but not completed.

 

If you are still interested in the package we encourage you to phone in 

to speak with a specialist. They will go through the channels that are available

SOLUTION -----> CLEAR YOUR COOKIES

This worked for me, and took me out of the constant loop of generic package pages. You can surgically clear cookies just for "Spectrum" in your browser settings (I did this in Firefox). Once that cache is clear, just go back to the original "spectrum.com/tvchoice" page and plug in your address details. That should NOW redirect you to the right page to order/add TV Choice.

PS: Remember, guys, you only have 30 days to lock in your 10-channel picks. After that, Spectrum blocks you from swapping anything out.
