Seems to work ok on web (laptop or desktop), but Mountain Time Zone does not display in either the IOS or Android apps. Also troubleshooting feature does not work in either app. Please fix the apps or quit advertising for all devices
Times and troubleshooting in the MyTWC application?
In what way is the Troubleshooting not working? Can you provide some
additional detail please? I have logged in using Android and Apple devices and
am not seeing an issue with those options.
If you can provide some additional information, screen shots would be very helpful, we
can look into that with you.
