I recently moved from one house that had TWC to a new house that has TWC and I was wondering if/how I can change the account that my TWC TV app is associated with.
you have to... twc accounts are only tied to one address, you need to close out and return equipment for the old address first, then open a new account at the new one.
I know for me my old account become disabled because I got a new account number and had to create a new time warner account on the website. If you call them they should be able to walk you through it or do it for you.
