I have not been able to connect to this for several days. I am getting the same error message. Have re-installed it several times...

Please contact us directly if a reboot of the Phone modem does
not correct the issue. In most cases rebooting that modem will restore the functionality
of the Phone 2 Go application.

I am a new phone subscriber with Time Warner/Spectrum. First day and first attempt using the Phone2go app....
I keep receiving "The operation has failed, please try again." error message!
Very frustrating for first time use!
