In the web site account in a web browser, I currently see "Outage in Your Area: We’re sorry, there’s an outage in your area impacting your service. We can notify you with a phone call when service has been restored. Troubleshooting won’t fix the issue, so we recommend waiting till the outage is resolved. GET NOTIFIED". However, I do not see this message in "My TWC" iOS app v6.7.11 in an iPhone 4S (iOS v9.3.5). Why doesn't it show up in there?

But I was looking at their statuses at the same time even after refreshing to be sure. Web site still says the same known outage message as I type this. :/
