New box - now app won’t work!

My Arrias box crashes so they replaced it with a Samsung box - now my app won’t work - still showing the old box !- Help!!

New and swapped boxes will take between 48-72 hours to work with Remote DVR Manager and the Spectrum Applications.  It takes that amount of time to link up the new equipment to the mobile technology.
