For almost a month I am having too much of problem in connecting International calls. Calls made CDT time AM or PM, does not matter.
It takes for ever to go thru a call. Once connected does not stay put. If connected the qulaity of the voice is so poor that I have to disconnect and call again. At times I wind-up doing 4-5 times.
I tried thru 'Phone to go app' but to No avail.
Just talked to tour representative Sharon, who said that you are working on the problem. However NO time frame for correction of the problem at your end.
I am paying full charges every month. Do you think I should keep putting up with this?
If it continues like this I will have to switch the carrier. I was a client of Vonage for many years with NO problem. But you folks talked me out of them.
What do I do now?
Please respond ASAP.
