On spectrum.net, you should see a button labeled "Ask Spectrum" or you can type a question for the Spectrum Virtual Assistant from the main page. The question will launch a chat session.
Um, where? I don't see it in yours and mine too. Here's mine below:
I usually type "test" or something like that in the question box then type "that didn't answer my question" when the assistant doesn't understand the question. This will then provide a live chat option. You may also need to try a different internet browser.
OK. I see it now. I needed to disable my uBlock Origin.
even with adblockers off there is no link, just the virt. asst. and that just loops, why they removed the link is beyound me, it's almost as if it is purposly done.
@fjsage If you type in the virtual assistant question section you can
ask for chat support.
If she does not direct you the first time please type it again. You should then
get little purple thought bubbles beside which you will see the words Live Chat.
Once you click on that it will launch a pop up window.
If you are not able to get the pop up there may be a browser setting that is preventing it.
