i moved my account from TWCable to Earthlink when Charter took over in Nov'2016.
I can't find where my GB/month totals are kept on either website - so where is it now?

Unless someone here is an earthlink customer, you need to contact Earthlink, this is TWC...

Earthlink leases our lines, but customer support is handled by them.

i'm well aware of the earthlink relationship.
what nobody here seems aware of is earthlink has 2 support teams
1. to sign you up for earthlink rates.
2. to support earthlink hosted email.
that's it - everything else they defer to charter/twcable,
including billing, provisioning and last mile connectivity support.
now if charter/twcable people here want to pretend it's not their problem,
and pass the buck, that fine - it's what happens when huge companies merge,
and their left hand does not know what their right hand is doing.
it's one of the many reasons why customers always get screwed by M&A's.
the graphic i posted is my mac modem on your account page.
there is no equvilent page on earthlink, so the fact that neither of
you are tracking usage, is a glaring omission of your relationship.

I can't see your pic so not sure what your account page looks like...
Are you saying that you have a regular TWC/Spectrum account page? If so, when you sign in and go to My Account, click on My Internet, then click on the View Usage Details tab that you do not have usage stats?
