Tried to make online one time payment yesterday (from my bank account) and today and keep getting a popup saying bank information is incorrect. I've been making my payments through My Account for months and have never received this message. Customer service, although courteous, could offer no explanation - suggested that I could use my credit card. Now why would I want to do that?? Or I could make a payment by phone. Why would I want to do that? I pay all my bills online and do not experience this with any other vendor.
Is anyone else having this problem?
