Unable to log into account for over a week now

I'm not sure if anyone else is having this issue but every time I try and log into my account I am immediately kicked out and sent here: 

https://www.spectrum.net/login/?ReferringPartner=TWC&loggedOut=true

 

No idea what is going on.  I know my account info is correct (Already changed it to make sure and I never get a "wrong user name or password" message).

 

Hopefully an admin can help me here...

That link takes me to the Spectrum.net log in screen. Are you saying that you can't log in from there or is it actually referring you to something else?

I started on https://www.spectrum.net/login/ but if i attempt to login in, it sends me to that URL after trying to do something. If I attempt to log in again from the "logged out" screen, screen turns white, attempts to load something but drops me back at a "logged out" URL.

 

No idea what is going on.

For a short time I see a https://tridentity.timewarnercable.com URL (followed by garbage) and then it takes me back to the "logged out" URL.

 

To top this all off, I cant seem to find live chat anywhere and may be blocked by my inablity to login in... Why did the make customer service links so difficult to find?

Are you able to login to other Spectrum options? Spectrum TV, WiFi Finder App?

 

What browser are you using? Have you cleared cookies and cache? Do you have the same result on an alternate browser?

I don't have Spectrum TV and dont have the app.

 

Same result on other browsers and different devices.

 

I do have 2 accounts (1 closed and 1 open, recently moved. Old one is TWC, new is Charter) that point to the same email. Perhaps that is the issue? I called CS but I was talking with them for almost a hour and got no where. I had to get off to get back to work.

 

Really annoying that I can't see my billing.

Hi, 

I would first try clearing your cache and temp files on your computer browsers.  Although you will have to renter your login names and Passwords for all sites by clearing your cookies, clear your cookies.  Close all Windows and reboot your computer.  If that does not solve the issue, keep reading.

 

Questions?

 

Are you on a legacy TWC or Spectrum billing plan?  When you are set to log in with your user name and password it is supposed to take you to the right website.  My understanding is that legacy Charter customers CANNOT access our forum.  Nor can Brighthouse Networks customers.  Even though all TWC/BHN/Charter merged companies go by the name Spectrum.

 

Can you post two screenshots for us please?

 

1.) The screen that shows when you visit the log in site on your computer? (BEFORE LOGGING IN.)  Delete or block out any personal log in data before submitting the Jpeg files.

 

2.) The screen that shows up AFTER LOGGING IN to the website.  Block out any personal information.

 

3.) The browsers you use?

 

4.) Your operating system?

 

5.) Where are you located?  City, State, zip?

It could be because you moved. If you would like to direct message me we 

can take a look. We may need to delete your old profile if you want to
