The Dreaded Login Loop

Unable to login today because of the login loop. By the amount of other posts on this forum about this problem, I'm really surprised Spectrum hasn't worked on a solution. Some of the responses seem to even be a bit condescending - like its the customer's fault their website can't get a basic login page to function correctly. 

 

So, any tips for fixing the problem?

Hello,

On what browser(s) does this occur and Operating System(s)?  First suggestion would be to clear your browser's History and Cache as well as your Temporary Files by running the Disk Cleanup Utility on a Windows machine.  If you don't mind having to re-enter your user names and passwords for all of your sites, you could clear your browser cookies as well as an optional step.

 

After all that is done, close out of everything, wait several seconds, and reboot your machine.  Does the problem still occur?
