When I try to access timewarnercable.com to pay my last bill, I am redirected to https://www.spectrum.net/login/?ReferringPartner=TWC but it straight up DOES NOT WORK. This page is a redirect loop that just keeps returning me to this log-in page over and over again and will not let me access my account. I'm using the correct password and username. I've tried every brower on my computer and cleaned out my cookies. Ridiculous.
i'm having the same problem, and that link redirects to the spectrum login page that does the redirect loop. genius.
You can also access your My Account at https://myservices.timewarnercable.com.
That redirects back to https://www.spectrum.net/login/?ReferringPartner=TWC, the link with the OP's problem.
On multiple browsers and multiple test and personal accounts we have successfully
logged in from both of those links without error, loop or redirect.

I am getting this issue as well.
I even tried to log in from my phone, through cell data, same thing.
This is unbelievable. Its been a week now and they can't get the website to actually work.
I guess they don't care about customers actually being able to login to access their account and pay their bill.
Did you get a solution? I've been getting this loop regardless of computer, browser, or network. I can't login without the redirect
