Question about removing home phone from my package

I currently have internet, home phone and cable package.

Called a few months ago and they said my bill would go down $10 per month if I removed the phone.

I called today to do this.  They are now saying my bill would increase by removing phone.

I suspect I am being lied to by the customer service people.  How can I verify that what I am being told is the truth?

Please help.  Thanks.

Hello,

I would register or log into Twitter. Follow the @Ask Spectrum Account and send your account information in the form of a Direct (Private) Message.  In addition post BOTH stories of what you were told by each Spectrum rep and leave your phone number, requesting that a billing specialist contact you to discuss your options.  You must follow the @Ask Spectrum account to get updates or send Direct Messages.

There are some packages were individual services will cost less when bundled, and sometimes not the case.  I would get a billing specialist to look at your account, and than contact you with the correct information.

Re: Question about removing home phone from my package

I apologize for any issues. The only way to get information about pricing and packaging would be to call in and speak with customer service.
