If it's not, THEY MUST ALL BE SEPERATE ACCOUNTS.
Next issue, all tenants must have seperate suite numbers and have seperate accounts, you do not want to handle billing, period.
You may want to do free wifi, lol.

Congratulations on the acquisition of properties!
The My Account set up really depends on how the account is set up.
I would suggest contacting Bulk sales to inquire about setting up
a Bulk account.
Do you provide services to your tenants included in their rent?
If they have services under their own names and you
are not providing the service to them, they would have their own

Sorry, "Properties" means more than a single large building with a single address. TWC will not and cannot service multiple locations on a single account no matter what they promise you. Unknown if Spectrum is any better. It's then your responsibility to keep track of all leased equipment and the ensuing legal nightmare.
You will then have some tennants that want more than what you offer and twc will gladl oblige them and not you.
The entire bulk service program was geared to nursing homes and everyone getting the same services.
