Error 504 Gateway timeout when attempting to login to my account

When I attempt to login to my services (My account ) the browser times out and shows error 504. The virtual assistant is a circular route finding no answers. Where & how do I fix this?

have you tried clearing your web browsers saved webpage/ cache and also the DNS cache?
