Same thing here. I tried Firefox, Chrome and Safari. All updated browsers. Nothing works to pay the bill with my credit card. I cannot even sign in without the text on my browser appearing in type at 800 percent zoom, which makes it unusable. The solution, if one can call it that, was for me to use the Spectrum app on my iPad. Why can't I use a computer and browser to take care of this? It is as if Spectrum does not want my money. Apparently Spectrum is giving giant bonuses to its execs but not spending enough money to hire competent website designers.
