Can not sign in to pay final bill

User name correct, password correct, it goes off to pull up page then loops back to the login page... on any punter, phone, iPad, browser...  so you guys don’t want me to log in and pay my final bill?

Once an account is closed, access to online billing is disabled for security reasons.  For assistance, you can call or visit a local store.   For remaining balance information, we encourage you to contact our Social Media Customer Care team:
