I never had a bad experience with TWC but I know several people who did.
When it switched to Spectrum, I went to pay my bill and it had gone up over $50 a month.
i called to see if they would adjust the cost but the guy I talked to was adiimant that it wasn't possible.
since they took over, my cable goes out frequently. Channels are pixeled and unclear.
