Missing premium channels on one TV but fine on other TV.

I have two DVRs. I have programming that includes premium channels. One Dvr shows all channels but the second Dvr does not show premium channels. I have swapt out the Dvr but the problem remains.

Hi!

 

It sounds to me like we just have not authorized the channels on the box. We would 

just need to update the codes on that equipment.
