Macro blocking

So I've decided that I have had enough of the picture tiling, sound missing, and picture freezing. I've done the "dance" of disconnect coax, unplug box, reconnect both ,wait for reboot to finish too many times so TWC "scheduled" a technician to come and troubleshoot tomorrow. My modem ,a Netgear CM600 has solid signals with 0 corrected/ 0 uncorrected and nothing in the log files since Rebooting yesterday. What do I need to make sure the technician looks at when (if) they arrive to work? Cables are RG6 quad shield coax, cat6 Ethernet and Cinnamon Audio quest HDMI cables.

Do not reset the modem, copy and paste the signal level and error log pages as well as a CMD level tracert to and your zip code

 Then describe where the modem is in relation to the box splitter wise.

 Then on the remote, hold in select for 10 seconds then hit the up arrow while on a bad channel.

 What are the IB and OOB levels?  inband= Program video, Out Of Band is the cable modems tx and rx levels.. if on a 2 way splitter they should be close to your data modems levels.

What is the IB s/n? are the correction bits jumping more than a couple a minute?



 Need this before the tech get's there, I believe you have a coaxial issue.

"Perfect" is how TWC describes "sorta works"


Something got worst  last week in some areas.
