I changed my user id when i moved last month. Since then, i am unable to login to PHONE2GO from my iphone using either ids.
When I try login using new id, it says 'this phone is already registed with my "OLD ID"
When I try login using old id, it says deactivated.
I have spoken to several TWC agents through chat but none of them are able to find a resolution. I have done everything from deleting the app and reinstalling it, switching the phone off and on multiple times.
Can someone please help?
