Are you having the same issue with multiple devices? Also what type of internet are you using? It could be something with the connection you are using that is preventing you from using the app.

I have the same issue calling using the TWC Phone2Go app on iphone 6 with iOS 9.3.4. After uninstalling and resinstalling the app, I could make a call, but the receiver of the call cannot hear me.
I tested the same process on my Galaxy S5 with TWC Phone2Go Android app and the process works beautifully.
So there is some bug in the TWC Phone2Go iphone app! Hope TWC looks into it especially with iOS 9.3.4
