I am facing same issue. When i called TWC customer care, they are saying it is issue with Data provider.Data provider needs to change from IPV6 to IPV4. since it is data provider issue , twc wont work on this issue. When i called Data provider customer care they are saying we wont consider any requests of third party tool.. we are struck...
When i place any call, it simply beep one time and then it disconnects.
It is really twc issue. some one from twc should look into the issue.
