I have been waiting for a call back from Tier 3 or someone from the Phone 2 go team. I think it is a common courtesy to call the customer to call periodically even if you have not made any progress.....in stead of leaving them in the dark.

I have same problem from last week. I am using iPhone 6 iOS 9.3.5. I called to TWC customer support 3-4 times but no luck.

Well, its good to know that I am not the only one having this problem. TWC did call me yesterday and gathered some logs from my phone 2 go app. Waiting on a resolution
