Feature Unavailable : Phone2Go outgoing using cellular minutes and not cellular data

I have gone through a lot of forum topics and talked to customer agent specialist. But still no one in TWC/Spectrum clearly mentions about this missing feature in Phone2Go app.

 

I want to use Phone2Go app to make International outgoing calls. But I dont want Phone2Go app to use my cellular data but instead use my cellular minutes. Is such a feature available in the Phone2Go App ?

I have a limited cellular data but unlimited minutes. Hence such a feature will help me to use my minutes instead of data plan.
Vonage app on the other hand has such a feature.

Why can't Phone2Go team provide such a feature ?

You must be connected to the internet in order to utilize the Phone 2 go application. As long as your mobile device is Wifi compatible, you can connect to a wireless network which will not utilize your mobile data or mobile phone minutes.

But as you must be knowing WiFi is not available while travelling around.

 

Do you know if Spectrum/TWC has any plans to work with the Telecom industry to get the feature I have requested ? Is there some place where I can channel my request properly?

 

The competitors of TWC have the feature so it would be nice for Spectrum/TWC to start providing the same.
