What issue are you having? Is it looping back or providing you an error message?

Greetings,

 

There are different log in pages for sign in depending on whether you are a legacy TWC or legacy Charter customer.  To my knowledge, this forum only supports legacy TWC customers (Not legacy Charter or legacy Brighthouse Networks at this time.)

 

Can you log in through this site?:

 

https://www.spectrum.net/login/?ReferringPartner=TWC&loggedOut=true

 

If so, bookmark it, if not what is the error message that you are getting.  What browser(s) are you using?

This is what should be used for all. You can also just type in Spectrum.net into 

the browser, it will direct to the correct place.  If you are still having trouble please

let us know. 

 

The redirect will happen once you put in your credentials.

I am encountering the same issue. I have verifyied that my username & password are correct. Yet, everytime I try to log in, I am booted back to the main log in screen. I have tried this from the link provided above, as well as every other log in link & the app. I have not moved & had no issues logging in last month.

Please advise as I would like to pay my bill on time.
