Can you provide a little more information? You posted in the TWC ID & My Account category, however the error code appears to be for the Spectrum TV app (which there is currently a known issue). If you are getting this error for the My Account login, please let us know.
I keep getting this message even though I have put in the correct information. "The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again.ELI-1010"
1.) You were logged in when you posted the above message. Where you on a different computer or device when you posted the above message?
2.) What browser and operating system are you using when you get the error message?
3.) Often clearing your cookies, cache, browser history. and running Disk Clean Up, solves these problems. Note that if you clear your cookies you will have to re-log in with your user names and passwords for all your sites. Clearing the other items shouldn't matter in that regard.
4.) If you can log in on one device but not the other, please indicate that, and how much of step #3 you have done.
