requested for windows decal, still waiting

I first called on July 28, 2017 @ 12:54 p.m. requesting for some window decals. Scott, the tech. support representative  that i spoke to, promised that i would be sent some including a YARD sign which i didn't even asked for within 10 business days. But i could use a yard sign why not? =).

10 business days later I didn't receive any as promised.

 

I placed a follow up call on August 8, 2017 @ 1:28 pm. With their apology, again i was promised for another 10 business days. 10-20 days later i'm still waiting...

 

BEEN having INTELLIGENT HOME SERVICE for a couple of years now.  If my memory serves me right, i had it since november of 2013.

 

@ 4:05 p.m., today the 28th of August;  I again tried my luck and spoke to Nathaniel. He said that i should have it in 3-5 business days.

Should i set my Intelligent Home alarm to go off in FIVE days to remind me that i'm expecting window decals? =)

Spectrum is dropping that service, don't expect anything....
