This error message is also being shown on wetv.com .... i can log into several other sites but only wetv is showing an error... get it- together spectrum. I don't pay to not get to use my services.
I routinely use Chrome but I've tried Firefox ans Safari. Safari puts me in a loop of choosing my provider, I choose Spectrum and it says it's "sending you to your provider to log in" then has me choose Spectrum again - same routine. Chrome and Firefox has me choose Spectrum then says it's sending me to my provider then goes to ESPN and when I click on the arrow it says I don't have this in my subscription. I've tried a different computer also
It sounds as if the wrong credentials are saved in the browsing history. This could have happened after the password was changed. Please clear the browsing history, including passwords and try again. As well, please try launching a Chrome Incognito window and repeating the login steps.
