My husband just called the ESPN customer service (to whom I talked last week and was told it was Spectrum's problem) and the person interrupted him as he was describing our problem and said "we are working on that". Maybe there is hope?
No luck with the ESPN supposed working on it. Spectrum called tonight (after waiting all day Thursday and Friday) while we were entertaining dinner guests. Wanted me to go thru the hoops we had already tried. I tried watchespn.com around 10:20 tonight - new message!
aximum sessions limit reached or session quota has exhausted.

I go to the login page and get: We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again later.ELI-9000
If I go to Spectrum.net I am able to login with no problem.
There was an additional issue with Watch ESPN causing the error message "Maximum sessions limit reached or session quota has exhausted". We have been informed that this issue has been resolved.
When I try to watch ESPN through any of my 3 windows computers using my Spectrum TV Account log on, I get an error telling me that "This network is not part of my TV subscription." ESPN is part of my TV package. However when I log on to WatchEspn through my Andriod Tablet and phone on the same wirless network, I have no problem.
Any ideas to fix this?
Still no resolution here. Someone called from Spectrum two nights ago and had me send them an IP address (I think that's what it was!). He said oh, there is a problem and he'd have to send it to someone else. Silence since then.
Are you working on this Spectrum?
The issue has been forwarded to our Network Operations team for further investigation. Thanks for your patience.
