If you will please verify with me if these are the steps you are taking to login.
1. Loading www.espn.com/watch/
2 Clicking on the Red and white "Play Icon " in the center of the main picture?
When you do that do you then see the choose provider page?
Once you click on Spectrum you should then get a login page
This is the point where you are getting the you are not subscribed?
If this is the case we need to escalate this to have your account reviewed for permissions.
I have spoken with the Agent you were working with, he wanted to find out if you had been able to use the App on any device (mobile phone/tablet) ? Are you able to to use the App now? Are you able to login at other partner applications? Are you able to login at SpectrumTV,com?
If you can provide us screen shots that would go a long way to understanding what is happening.
Again, once I click on the spectrum icon the site briefly has a message about checking with your provider to verify and then it goes back to the ESPN page. The page now has Spectrum in the upper right hand corner. It does not take me to the Spectrum login page. When I click on the arrow on the ESPN page the message comes up that the network is not included in my current televison subscription.
I am not using an app. I'm trying to use this on my computer because I have been connecting my computer to the televsion to view the sports event.
I've tried to find online how to insert a screen shot and haven't been able to do it. Would you be able to guide me through it?
Thanks. It looks like it is trying to log you in with an invalid password that has been saved to the browser history. Can you go to the drop down menu next to "Spectrum" and select "Sign Out". Then close the browser window, and try repeating the steps to log in? You may need to also clear the browser history again. Please let us know if this works and lets you log in.
