What App are you loading? A Twc one or a Spectum one? What operating system? Is it the latest Win 10 that disabled Flash player? What browser?
Have you reset bothyour cable boxes and the modem?
What sort of display orTV is connected?
Are you a TWC legacy customer or a Spectrum one?
If the latter, change your password, the TWC one has had poor transfers into the Spectrum system. Some stuff works, others don't
No one here has any idea who you are, what OS or credentials you're trying to use and very few problems have the same resolution.
