I can log in with my Spectrum account to the tnt website - it recognizes my account. But when I try to watch something, all I get is a spinning wheel - no video ever plays. I have tried mutliple browsers and all my browsers and plugins are up to date.
On my tablet, when I try to log in to the TNT app, it does not recognize my Spectrum ID. The app is up to date.
This is not solved. This is a complete lie. I've tried, no lie, 9 times to log in on the app from both my phone and Apple TV to no avail. Neither recognize TWC/Spectrum as a provider. This is absolutely unacceptable. You have a monopoly in my area and I am unable to choose any other provider for cable service. Someone needs to get thier crap together and remedy this situation.
