Upgraded subscription to HBO, but logging into HBOGo says my TWC account doesn't have HBO

Hey,

 

Upgraded subscription to HBO. But when I go to hbogo.com or hbogo.com/activate and I sign in with my TWC username and password I get an error that my current subscription does not include HBO.

 

Screenshot attached. Any thoughts on how I could fix this?

Account changes need to go thru at least one server update at around 2 AM... Sometimes 2

Sometimes you get upgrades right away., at least with a real cable box.

When account service upgrades happen, it can often take anywhere from 24 hours to 72 hours for mobile services to activate the new information from the boxes and the network:

Keep in mind the time periods above and at the above link to allow new services to connect to the boxes on the network.

I am getting the same issue you are, TWC tried to deactivate/reactive, I tried reordering after it had been deleted, I can see HBO on the HD box, but I also get a you are not a subscriber message. 

Any ideas? They told me to wait an extra few days to possibly a week, but I will cancel the service, not a big dal, just curious if anyone had an answer.

Got home tonight and it finally activated, thanks again.
