Spectrum provider log in screen won't open

Trying to watch sports on iPad  or iPhone with apps like Nbcsn, TNT, Fox Sports, MSG Go.    When you click on choose your provider Spectrum does not open.  In all of the apps I've mentioned it just spins for Spectrum.   However, If I choose any other provider like Xfinity, DirectTV, Dish, U-verse, Fios, Cox, etc. they open immediately.    Spectrum is the only one that doesn't.

Something like this? Because I've been having this issue for months now.

Yes.  Exactly.  The log in screen never appears after I click on Spectrum.   I just see the screen with the spinning icon.   Currently experiencing it with nbcsn, tnt, and showtime apps.    A few weeks ago I tried to watch the NCAA basketball tournament on the cbs March madness app and same thing.   Click on Spectrum and the log in box never appears.  

 

If I click an any other provider on the lists, their log in box appears immediately.    Spectrum is the only one that doesn't. 

 

I called Spectrum and they said to watch on their TV app instead of the third party apps.

What type of device (Mac/PC) (Android/iOS)(Tablet/Phone)?

What is the operating system version of your device/devices?

Do you experience this on multiple devices?

What version of the App are you using?

Are you able to login with other Network Apps/websites?

What  browser type/ version are you using?

What steps have you already taken to resolve the issue?

Have you ever successfully logged into the network website/app? 

If so when did the issue begin?
