At what point does it fail? When you select the device? Select your provider? Enter the
activation code or at some other point?
When you deleted the channel from the Roku did you then do a restart through the Roku
settings menu before re-adding the channel?
You are at home on your Spectrum supplied Internet connection correct? Are you able to login to the NBC Sports on other devices?
