iPV6 RA problems Los Angeles Area?

[ Edited ]

I have two locations, and both having the same issues.  Both locations they get IPV6 address but the RA is not passing gateway information, and no traffic can be pass through the router.  If I log in to the router and do ping/traceroute to ipv6 address it works.

I am thinking there is a problem with RA from TWC/Spectrum side.

I can provide radvdump if needed.

Is the 1670 truly  in bridged mode with firewalls off?

What is doing the phone VOIP with the 1670?  Are you sure it's not an all in one 1672? If so, I've never seen a resolution to the "you can't run IPv6 on a 1672 with emta phone active" issue.

Is it TWC phone? Don't they use IPv4 for emta phone?

Is the 1670 truly  in bridged mode with firewalls off? no, because this location has TWC Static IPs.  They (TWC) said it won't work in Bridge Mode

Yes it's a plain old 1670.  This office has a ARRIS TM608G for phone service

Certain key words [like"this office" and "static IPs"] make this sound more like a TWC Business account with two locations, rather than a residential service.
