Around the time TWC is now Spectrum ! happened, I suddenly became unable to netwok with my Blu-Ray, which had never been a problem before.
No matter what, I get an error , directing me to check network settings.
At settings, my network is not on the list, so I try manual.
That SSID and PW don't work.
I've gone to the modem's page but only get 3rd party , not tha site for my modem (Arris SB6183)
I've reset the Blu Ray to factory settings, nothing!
Just tried to "chat" with TWCSpectrum and they said that I should contact panasonic's CS.
And got knocked off internet (typical).
Does anyone have any ideas?
I really appreciate it.

yes, you have a router issue.
next, you should be running ethernet connections not wireless to the video gear and possibly using static IP's

Oh yeah - I did try the ethernet/LAN directly but nothing happened at all.
I just gort to an Arris page and saw the log but ther is nowhere to input Admin/Password

At the 192 site, there are numerous logs like this:

a 6183 is a modem... You have a router somewhere, that's where the issue is.
It needs to be reset, make sure it's set to "autodetect WAN settings" and the DHCP leases is set for a day not an hour...
I'd also set the gateway for 192.168.1.1 and the dhcp start for 192.168.1.100
Set your static IP devices at 192.168.1.99 on down.

I see another person has joined this thread with similat issues.
MsRaye, I am going to carefully go through what yo have so kindly provided here - and what you've told Deana -and make sure I have tried each step.
