Our service has been terrible since we have been with Spectrum. The phone only works half the time which is why we never use it. The internet is always going down. Our set top box will reboot itself sometimes up to 10 times a day. the technicians have come out several times and say it is due to old wiring in complex. THey also told us that there is a memory loss in the set top boxes and the company is trying to fix that with an update which is why our boxes keep rebooting all the time.
