Can old TWC subscribers go to Charter stores too?

[ Edited ]

Since Charter took over TWC and others, does that mean we can go to Charter stores in other locations? I just went by a Charter store from the dentist that I never knew existed. It's not even listed on Spectrum's web site's store locations.

Thank you in advance. Smiley Happy

Shouldn't be any in your area.. Sure it wasn't a Spectrum ?  Both TWC and Charter are now under the Specrum logo as far as I know.

Stop in and find out...  Beware of signing up for anything...

If that store supports your region, yes. Here in DFW, there are legacy TWC and legacy Charter customers in different parts of town. Me, as a legacy TWC customer in Dallas, can't go to a store in Fort Worth that services the legacy Charter customers on that side of town.

Presently you would want to visit a store location that services your legacy company.

In some markets we have both Legacy TWC Customers and Legacy Charter Customers.

The stores would only be able to support the customers for their legacy company, we have not yet merged that aspect of support and service.
