After several conversations with customer service, I feel like nothing has been resolved. The reps was unable to do anything about the current increases on the monthly bill. After talking with the Spectrum reps I have many concerns about the upcoming billing. The existing Time Warner Cable customers will be seeing a big increase in their bills. We should be offered some form of discounts as former TWC customers.

I agree all the TWC customers are get the bill increased, service is poor at best. They just don't care about any one! they just care about how much money they can make.
If you can switch to another provider do it! If not try a hot hot spot for your Internet service and if you don't need all the premium TV channels install a antenna for your locals, you will get about 20 channels with the correct antenna. Dump them! They don't care about you or anyone. This is very sad!
