I recently installed a DTA and went through the setup process. My subscription is for basic service only. However, when I click "channel up" or "channel down" I have to step through hundreds of channels to which I am not subscribed. Before DTA, my TV's remote only showed me the channels in my subscription. Is there any way to step through only the channels in my subscription when using the DTA remote?

I have the same problem. All the TV devices I've ever had allowed me to delete unwanted or unused channels but TWC's DTA doesn't show any way to do that. I would think that it could be a software fix if TWC cared about their customers.

I just added a DTA today and this issue still exists. Seems lame that I cannot remove channels I do not watch or get.

I agree. There are quiet a few channels that i either I don't get or don't watch and still I have to scroll through them all. Would be nice if it at least had a "favorites" option or even better as you said a way to remove the unwanted channels.
